Alongside our usual working Bee activities, you can be part of growing the epa’s Plant Lab. Melbourne Uni scientist Sophia Blosfelds will be present to share some training about our new plants which we are growing for the wildflower meadow.
If you’re keen to get your hands dirty, we’ll likely be doing some seed planting and plant propagation. No experience necessary (feel free to BYO gloves).
Meet at the epa shed, near the Elwood Bowling Club on the Brighton Road/Glen Huntly Road corner of the reserve.
Please wear warm clothes for the season and good protective shoes.
